SBE Conservation LLC is a three-person art and historic objects conservation firm. We are each formally trained in the United States and collectively have a diverse range of experience in museums, archaeological and historic sites, and with private clients, such as galleries and collectors. We operate within the Code of Ethics of the American Institute for Conservation, and are active members in good standing with the organization.
In addition to treatment of a wide variety of media, we can also provide project management for extended or large scale works. We participate in outreach programs locally, including educational initiatives, and have provided collections care consulting for several institutional and organizational clients.
We are happy to provide referrals for other types of materials including textiles, paper, paintings, photographs, furniture, and scientific analysis when requested.
